ZERO ENCODER
The ZERO ENCODER signal (active high) is used to set on the axis display a position
value previously programmed in the configuration parameters (see parameter 09).
The value is loaded only if the PRESET input is closed, therefore allowing the presetting
activation. Connect the Z channel of the encoder to its respective input.
OK POSITION
The OK. POS. output is used to signal that positioning has been performed correctly.
The output corresponds to a N.O. relay contact that opens during the axis movement and
closes after the check of the correct positioning within the tolerance range (see parameter
14). The waiting time before starting the positioning check is programmed in the
configurations parameters (see parameter 17).
The output remains open if positioning is not concluded correctly. If positioning is
concluded correctly, the output opens at the end of the counting of the single cycle’s
programmed repetitions (semi-automatic operation) or at the end of the program
(automatic operation).
ENABLING
The EN.MOV output is used to enable the axis movements in any of the operating modes:
manual/semi-automatic/automatic. The output corresponds to a N.O. relay contact that
closes at the beginning of the axis movement and opens approximately 0.5 seconds after
the axis stops.
FEED / BACK
The FEED / BACK outputs are used to control the axis movements in the two directions, in
any of the operating modes: manual/semi-automatic/automatic. These outputs correspond
to N.O. relay contacts connected to their common COM FB; they alternatively close to
command the axis movement and they open to terminate the movement.
SLOW / FAST
The SLOW / FAST outputs are used to control the axis movements in the two speeds, in
any of the operating modes: manual/semi-automatic/automatic. These outputs correspond
to N.O. relay contacts connected to their common COM FS; they alternatively close to
command the axis movement and they open to terminate the movement.
± 10 V ANALOG OUTPUT
The 0 V and AV analog output is used to control axis movements in positive (0 / +10 V) or
negative (0 / -10 V) direction, in the two speeds (see parameters 22 and 23), in any of the
operating modes: manual/semi-automatic/automatic.
The analog output is optional and alternative to the direction and speed relay outputs.
