This function is used mainly in heating installations
that do not have high supplies of power (e.g. low energy
homes). In that case, when outdoor temperatures are low,
adjusting the temperature would be too long. Increasing
the reduced setpoint prevents excessive cooling of the
rooms in order to shorten the temperature adjustment
period when changing over to the comfort setpoint.
