• Be careful not to lose the SHIM.
• The thickness and the number of SHIMs vary depending on their positions. Be sure to write down the positions
beforehand so that the same SHIMs will always be set to the same positions during assembly as the original
positions.
(10) Remove the 4 screws (BT2M1.7X3.5).
(11) Remove the GLASS PLATE.

When disassembling the CMOS UNIT, disassemble it
in a clean booth.
Compliant with ISO class 3 (0.3 μ m 100pcs/m

) or
better.
* Must clean up inside of the clean booth first before
you start clean up lenses.
