7 TROUBLE-SHOOTING
7.1 ALARMS MANAGEMENT (ADDRESSED TO QUALIFIED PERSONNEL)
The “OMEGA” electronic card is a powerful control logic unit which signals possible
machine troubles by means of alphanumeric messages visualized on the display; the
technician shall understand them to quickly find the reason of this trouble.
In order to visualize the alarm signal it is necessary connect to the OMEGA card the push
panel of model VIBE, code …

EMERGENCY
The cover is open or the outlet door is not correct assembled
An intermittent beep is released.
Close the cover and /or
assemble correctly the
outlet door

THERMAL
CUTOUT ALARM
When a motor thermal cutout is triggered, it is followed by
the blinking of the led TER and by the release of an
intermittent beep.
After checking the
machine, press STOP to
restore correct
functioning.

STORED DATA
ALARM
When the machine is started up, the microprocessor checks
the data stored in the EPROM memory: if this data are not
correct EPO will appear on the display, followed by the
