Festo P.BE−SFC−LAC−CO−EN en 0708NH

Hat rail mounting

When mounting the SFC−LAC on a hat rail, proceed as follows:

1. Make sure that the mounting surface can support the

weight of the SFC−LAC.

2. Fit a hat rail (support rail EN 50022 35 x 7.5 or 35 x 15).

3. Maintain a distance of max. 3.3 mm between the housing

web and the hat rail (for rail 35 x 7.5):

If possible, use a part of the hat rail where there are
no mounting screws.

If a screw needs to be connected under the SFC−LAC:
e.g. Use an M6 screw as per ISO−7380ULF.

4. Hang the SFC−LAC on the hat rail as follows:

first from below, pressing against the tension springs,
then

press up against the hat rail so that the SFC−LAC clicks
into place.
