Auto-control flow rate limit value
Recommended procedure for determining the auto-control flow rate limit values and auto-control
delay time parameters
1. Record relevant function-specific production data.
The following data of the downstream system is required to be able to set the parameters for the
automatic blocking function of the energy efficiency module correctly:
–
The minimum flow rate in production operation
–
The system in pneumatic and electric operation.
–
The actuators in action.
–
The maximum time at continuous minimum flow rate, e.g. short-term production downtime,
automatic blocking is not wanted in this period.
–
The maximum flow rate during production standstill.
–
pneumatic and electrical in operation
–
The actuators not in action
Sample values in the pressurise state:
–
The minimum flow rate in production operation: 250 l/min
–
The maximum pause time in production operation: 2 min
–
The maximum flow rate during production standstill: 80 l/min
