Procedure
1. Lift the Y-axis (cross-brace) with 2 people about 20 cm and hold it.
2. By a third person: place the belt tensioning setting piece on X-axis 1 with energy chain between
the end cap and the X-axis carriage.
The slot of the belt tensioning setting piece is intended for attaching and fixing to the profile of
the X-axis.
The toothed belt pretensioning can be inspected with the profile cover of the X-axis in place or
removed.

WARNING
Risk of serious crushing and amputation of limbs!
The Y-axis (cross-brace) will fall down if the belt tensioning setting piece falls out.
• Make sure that there are no persons under the Y-axis (cross-brace).
Place the Y-axis (cross-brace) with the carriage on the belt tensioning setting piece.
Distance dimension L11 is set for the test.
