Remove the cable covering

Unclip the slot cover aF from the sensor slot aA .
8. Insert and position the proximity switch

EXCH-60: with a distance of 23 … 30 mm from the outside edge of the bottom slide plate.
9. Fasten the proximity switch with the screw. Tightening torque 0.3 Nm
10. Insert the proximity switch cable into the slot
aE of the top slide plate.
11. EXCH-60 only:
Clip the slot cover

over the cable of the proximity switch into the sensor slot

.
NOTICE
To avoid cable damage from the guide plate of the energy chain:
• Position the slot cover as close as possible to the top slide plate.
12. Mount the cable cover

with the 2 screws. Tightening torque 1.2 Nm
Make sure that the cable is completely inside the two slots

.
13. Insert the plug of the proximity switch in the multi-pin plug distributor into the connection 4

14. Mount the guide plate

of the energy chain with the screws è Fig. 18.
Use LOCTITE 243 screw locking compound. Tightening torque 5.9 Nm
15. Test the function of the proximity switch.
16. Fasten the cables with cable binders

17. Mount the retaining plate
