2. Loosen the fixing of the toothed belt tensioning device by unscrewing the 4 Allen screws

one turn.

3. Adjust the toothed belt pretensioning by turning the 2 adjusting screws evenly

• Turning clockwise:

The tension and the vibration frequency of the toothed belt are increased.

• Turning anticlockwise:

The tension and the vibration frequency of the toothed belt are reduced.

4. Push the Y-axis slide back and forth through the full X-axis stroke three times.

The toothed belt is set completely and differences in tension are compensated.

5. Check the toothed belt pretensioning
