6. Fasten X-axis 1 (with energy chain)

Fig. 7 in the threaded holes of the
mounting surface.
If necessary, move the Y-axis (cross-brace)

to reach the mounting kits.

Remove the transportation attachments (cable binders) on the cross-brace.

Loosely fasten the socket head screws

of the mounting kits. The X-axis must remain mov-
able.
The socket head screw of the mounting kit under the energy chain can only be mounted after
loosening the energy chain.

7. Disconnect the energy chain mounting of the X-axis:
–
Unscrew screws A
1
and nuts A
2
on the energy chain retainer.
Number of screws and nuts: EXCH-40 2 each; EXCH-60 4 each.
–
Unscrew screw B

and nut B

on the retaining bracket.
–
Remove the plate
