Operation of binder dosing system
BOMAG 94 MPH 122-2
The air flows through the binder pump into the
spray bar and presses the binder out through the
spray nozzles.
l
Switch the 3-way ball valve to bottom position
(Closed).
l
Close the ball valve.

Set the selector switch for spraying/circulation
(k) (Fig. 201) to position "Circulation".

Switch on the compressor (c).
l
Set the binder quantity potentiometer (m) to
medium flow.

Open the ball valve (1) (Fig. 202).
l
Switch the 3-way ball valve (2) to position
"Left" (Flushing).
l
Fill appropriate cleansing agent into the flush-
ing container and wait, until the cleansing
agent is drawn off.
l
Switch the 3-way ball valve (2) to position "Bot-
tom" (Closed).
l
Close the ball valve (1).
