8.4 Iimit Switch

8.4.1 Removal and Installation

Disconnect the connection between slack chain

switch, and mast wiring harness, disconnect

the connection between lifting limit switch

switch, speed reduction switch and mast

wiring harness;
Unscrew the screws (18), and remove the

slack chain switch on the mounting plate;

Unscrew the screws (7), and remove the

lifting limit switch switch, speed reduction

switch;

Removal

Installation

Install according to the reverse order of rem-

oval.

Unscrew the twenty fastening screws (3) and

remove the back cover(1) and side cover(4);

Limit switch is variable roller lever type. By

function:

- Slack Chain Switch

- Lifting Limit Switch

- Speed Reduction Switch

1-Stage Speed Reduction Switch

2-Stage Speed Reduction Switch

3-Stage Speed Reduction Switch (for three-

stage mast)

- Door Safety Switch

Switches has 3 terminals.

The switch can be switched between open and

close by toggling the roller lever to achieve the

control of connection and disconnection of the

circuit.

Remove the left control lever and right control

lever(

see Section 6.1

switch and connecting harness(22

Unscrew the nut (25) and screw(23), and

remove the left door safety switch on the door
