OPERATING SYSTEM

6.1 Left Control Assembly

Removal

Unscrew the screw(2) and remove the

steering wheel (3);

Unscrew four screws (14), remove the bottom

cover (13) from left control assembly (5);

Disconnect the stepper motor wiring harness

(10), key switch wiring harness(7), enable

switches wiring harness (8) and remove the,

key and eable switches;

Unscrew two screws (15)and remove the

eable switch;

Unscrew four screws (12) and remove the

stepper motor (9).

Open the cover (1), unscrew the screw (11)

and washer. Unscrew the screw (6), washer

and spring, remove the left control assembly

(6)

Left control assembly (5, Figure 50301) is

mounted on left loading frame.

Install according to the reverse order of rem-

oval.

When removing or installing, please pay attent-

ion to protect the cables from being damaged.

6.2 Right Control Assembly

CAUTION

Unscrew the screws (6), remove the bottom

cover (7) fromright control assembly (4);

Disconnect the button switches wiring

harness (3), travel switch harness(12),

emergency stop switch harness and enable

switch wiring harness(11) ;

Unscrew t

screws (8), remove the enable

switch(11);

Replace the components that need to be

replaced: button switches, travel switch,

emergency stop switch and enable switch .

Open the cover (1), unscrew the screw (9)

and washer.

Unscrew the screw (5), washer and spring,

remove the right control assembly

Right control assembly (5,Figure 50302) is

mounted on right loading frame.
