DRINK COUNTERS

Press the DRINK CNTRS soft key in the main opera-
tor menu. The drink counters menu is opened.

The  drink  counters  menu  gives  information  on  the
number  of  all  kinds  of  drinks  delivered.  For  example,
you  can  get  information  on  the  number  of  drinks
dispensed  by  pressing  a  specific  drink  button  including
any  preselections  (volume/strength),  happy  hours,  etc.

To  get  detailed  information  about  a  specific  drink,
press  a  drink  button.  The  drink  counters  menu  for  this
drink  is  called  up.  Fig.  7  shows  the  total  counter  and
the  reset  counter  for  the  Cappuccino  button.

Press  the  DETAILS  soft  key  to  get  more  detailed
information  about  the  number  of  small,  medium  and
large  drinks  dispensed.  If  you  want  to  reset  the
counter  of  the  drinks,  press  RESET.

DRINK PRICES

Press the DRNK. PRICES soft key in the main opera-
tor menu. The drink prices menu is opened.

Drink  prices  can  only  be  displayed  and
modified  when  a  payment  system  is  con-
nected  to  the  dispenser.

To  get  an  overview  of  the  defined  drink  prices  for  all
delivery  buttons,  press  OVERVIEW.  Fig.  8  shows  the
drink  prices  overview,  each  price  corresponding  to  the
relevant  drink  button  of  the  dispenser.

If  drink  preselection  options  are  programmed,  touch
the  preselection  soft  keys  small,  medium  or  large  to
display  the  prices  for  the  corresponding  preselection.

If  happy  hour  periods  are  programmed  (up  to  three
different  time  periods  are  possible),  touch  the  happy
hour  soft  keys  HHR1,  HHR2  or  HHR3  to  display  the
drink  prices  for  these  time  periods.  The  PAID  soft  key
shows  you  the  standard  prices.

To  determine  the  drink  price  for  a  specific  drink,  press
the  relevant  delivery  button  of  the  dispenser.  The  drink
price  for  the  selected  drink  is  indicated  and  can  be
changed  in  accordance  with  the  possible  settings  given
by  the  connected  payment  system.  (Fig.  9)

Touch  the  corresponding  price  entry  or  use  the  scroll
bar  to  switch  between  the  settings  for  cup  and  pot.
You  can  modify  the  prices  with  the  DECREASE  and
INCREASE  soft  keys.  Press  the  DETAILS  soft  key  to
define  standard  or  happy  hour  drink  prices.

It is not possible to define prices for continu-
ous flow delivery.
