Cleaning:

ATTENTION:

Clean  the  inside  and  outside
of  the  dispenser  using  a  damp
cloth,  and  do  not  splash  it.  To
clean  the  dispenser,  only  use
cleaning  agents  approved  by
the  food  industry.
Never  use  high-pressure
sprays  for  cleaning.

ATTENTION:

The use of a special cleaning
agent (food approved) is
recommended.

Modification and service:

WARNING:

For  repair  of  the  dispenser  use
only  original  spare  parts,
otherwise  the  manufacturer  will
accept  no  liability  in  the  event
of  damage.

DANGER:

Safety devices must not be
bridged or put out of action.

DANGER:

If  the  connecting  cable  of  the
dispenser  is  damaged,  it  must
be  replaced  by  trained  service
technicians.

WARNING:

Carry  out  a  functional  test  of
the  dispenser  when  the  work
is  completed.

DANGER:

The  heating  capacity  may  be
changed  over  exclusively  by
trained  service  technicians  and
only  when  the  dispenser  is
disconnected  from  the  mains
supply.  The  slip-on  rotary
switch  is  a  service  tool  that
may  only  be  used  by  the
service  technician.  It  must  be
removed  after  the  heating
capacity  has  been  changed.

Glue  a  corresponding  sticker
onto  the  rating  plate  after  the
heating  capacity  has  been
adjusted.

WARNING:

The  dispenser  must  be  cleaned
regularly  for  hygiene  reasons
and  to  guarantee  perfect
operation.  Take  care  of  sharp
edges  when  cleaning  the
dispenser.  Danger  of  scratches
or  cuts!
