C.2.2 Disassembly of the B2 coil including empty detector
• Disconnect the dispenser from the power
supply system and close the water tap.
• Open the right dispenser door. (Fig. 1)
• Remove the combined trough (1) and the
water distributor panel (2). (Fig. 1)
• Take the product packs out of the cooling
compartment (5) and then close the cooling
compartment again. (Fig. 1)
• Pull the water distributor (4) by the grip
toward the right side out of the locking
element and then take it upwards out of the
dispenser. (Fig. 1)
• Press the jack latch (10) downward and
then swivel the cooling compartment (5) 90
°
upward until the leaf spring latches into
place on the left side. (Fig. 1)
• Remove the screws (6) on the bottom
cooling compartment panel (7) and take off
the bottom cooling compartment panel.
(Fig. 1)
• Pull off the cable harness (8) of the con-
cerned B2 coil on the plug connector strip.
(Fig. 2)
• Undo the four fastening screws (9) of the
concerned coil B2 coil and then take the
complete coil housing and the sealing ring
to the cooling compartment out of the
insulation. (Fig. 3)
• The assembly is carried out in reverse
order.
• On assembly of the B2 coil, it is important
to make sure that
– the cable harness is laid and fastened
as shown in Fig. 4
and
– that you do not forget to install the seal
between the coil and the cooling com-
partment.
