In the panel that opens, review the section titled “Computer name, domain, and workgroup
settings”

In this example the name of the computer is “Spare”, and it is part of the Workgroup
“WORKGROUP”. This means that the computer is not part of a Domain, and the Data
Share can be created and administered on the “Spare” computer.
