Parameters related to the fundamental functions of the
frequency converter, function of the LCP keys, and configu-
ration of the LCP display.

Restarts the frequency converter, maintaining
the same start/stop settings (applied by
[Hand On/Off]) as those selected before the
power-down of the frequency converter.
