If a test fails, the adjustable frequency drive will move
into an infinite loop. Replace control card.
Test plugs:
Inialisation
[3] is selected if the factory setting of the unit
is desired without resetting parameters 500, 501 + 600
- 605 + 615 - 617.
NOTE
The motor must be stopped before initial-
isation can be carried out.
Procedure for initializing:
1.
Select Initialisation.
2.
Press the [OK] key.
3.
Cut off the mains supply and wait for the light
in the display to go out.
4.
Connect to mains.
Manual initialisation can be carried out by holding
down three keys at the same time as the mains voltage
is connected. Manual initialisation sets all parameters
to the factory setting, except 600-605. The procedure
for manual initialisation is as follows:
1.
Disconnect the mains voltage and wait for the
light in the display to disappear.
2.
Hold down [DISPLAY/[MENU]+
[OK] while at the same time connecting the
mains supply. The display will now read
MANUAL INITIALIZE.
3.
When the display reads UNIT READY, the
adjustable frequency drive has been initial-
ized.
