SNTP and Clock Commands
Example: The following example configures the time zone to 5 hours and 30 minutes earlier than UTC, and names it IST.
clock timezone offset 5 minutes 30 date zone IST
clock summer-time date
This command configures daylight savings time parameters, which adjust the time by a specified amount between the
specified dates and times
Replace the values as follows:
Example: The following example configures daylight savings time to begin at midnight on March 8, 2009 at 2:00 AM,
and end on November 1, 2009 at 2:00 AM. It sets the clock back 1 hour and names the time zone PDT (e.g., Pacific
Daylight Time)
clock summer-time date mar 8 2009 02:00 nov 1 2009 2:00 offset 60 zone PDT
minutes Replace

with the number of minutes your time zone differs from the UTC, in addition to
the offset, in the range -59 to +59.
