command disables SSH on the Switch.

Only administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.

To configure the SSH algorithm.

Syntax

Description

The

config ssh algorithm

command configures the SSH algorithm

setting on the Switch.

Parameters

Select the algorithm to be disabled or enabled:



3DES

Triple Data Encryption Standard encryption

algorithm with Cipher Block Chaining.



MD5

– Hash for Message Authentication Code (HMAC)

MD5 Message Digest (MD5) mechanism.



RSA

–

Hash for Message Authentication Code (HMAC)

mechanism utilizing the RSA encryption algorithm.



SHA1

–

Hash for Message Authentication Code (HMAC)

Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) mechanism.

– Enables or Disables the SSH algorithm on the

Switch.

Restrictions

Only administrator or operator-level users can issue this command.
