Programmed AE and Special Scene Recording Program s
The recording program determine s how much control you have over
the camcorder’ s recording-related s etting s . S elect the [ Programmed
AE] recording program to give you full control over function s li k e the
white balance or image effect s . Alternatively, give the camcorder more
control by s electing a S pecial S cene recording program.
Using [ Programmed AE]
When you u s e the [ Programmed AE] recording program, the cam-
corder automatically adju s t s the aperture and s hutter s peed to obtain
the optimal expo s ure for the s ubject.
