3 Delete the scene(s).
* If you s elected any option other than [Thi s Scene], you can pre ss to inter-
rupt the operation while it i s in progre ss . Some s cene s will be deleted neverthe-
le ss .

IMPORTANT
• Be careful when deleting original recording s . Once deleted, original
s cene s cannot be recovered.
• Save copie s of important s cene s before deleting them ( 104).
• Ob s erve the following precaution s while the ACCESS indicator i s on or
fla s hing (while s cene s are being deleted).
- Do not open the memory card s lot cover.
- Do not di s connect the power s ource or turn off the camcorder.
- Do not change the camcorder ’s operating mode.
NOTES
• Deleting a s cene from the original index s creen al s o delete s that s cene
from the playli s t.
• To delete all movie s and make all recordable s pace available again you
may prefer to initialize the memory ( 35).
• You may not be able to delete s cene s recorded or edited u s ing another
device.
