SERVICING PROCEDURE:

Prepare the countermeasure waste toner flag sheet (FL0-2463-000). Follow the steps below to attach the
waste toner flag sheet to the sensor flag and check that the harness at the rear side of the waste toner inner
case assembly has been correctly fitted.

1)

Turn off the Main Power SW.

2)

Open the waste toner cover and take off the waste toner case assembly.

3)

Remove 5 screws [1] to remove the rear upper cover [2], the rear cover [3] and the connector cover [4].

4)

Disconnect the connector [1] of the waste toner sensing cable and remove 2 screws [2] to remove the
waste toner inner case assembly [3].
