Definition
CoS Mode
Indicates how the service point handles the CoS of frames that pass
through the service point. Options are:
•
sp-def-cos
– The service point re-defines the CoS of frames that pass
through the service point, according to the Default CoS (below). This
decision can be overwritten on the service level.
•
Interface-Decision
– The service point preserves the CoS decision
made at the interface level. The decision can still be overwritten at
the service level.
•
PCL
– Reserved for future use.
•
TCAM
– Reserved for future use.
Default CoS
The default CoS. If the
CoS Mode
is
sp-def-cos
, this is the CoS assigned to
frames that pass through the service point. This decision can be
overwritten at the service level. Possible values are 0 to 7.
Split horizon group
Reserved for future use.

Service Point Egress Attributes

Definition
Service point ID
This ID is unique within the service. For Point-to-Point and Multipoint services, the
range of values is 1-32. For Management services, the range of values is 1-30.
Service point name
A descriptive name for the service point (optional). The Service Point Name can be
up to 20 characters.
