E2011, 07: test time Vlv1
The last test of the safety valve 1
took place too long ago, it has to be
tested.
Withdraw the control enable of the axis and re-grant it.
When the axis is stopped, safety valve 1 is tested.
If your axis features an optional filtering mode, it exe‐
cutes filtering operation. This carries out testing of
safety valve 1 at the same time.
E2011, 08: test time Vlv2
The last test of safety valve 2 took
place too long ago, it has to be tes‐
ted.
Withdraw the control enable of the axis and re-grant it.
When the axis is stopped, safety valve 1 is tested.
If your axis features an optional filtering mode, it exe‐
cutes filtering operation. This carries out testing of
safety valve 1 at the same time.
E2012, warning
E2012 01: filter 75 % The filter is 75 % clogged. The filter will have to be changed soon.
E2012 02: filter 100 %
The filter is 100 % clogged, filtering
operation no longer possible.
Carry out maintenance and replace filter element by
Bosch Rexroth filter element.
E2013, warning
E2013: axis may drift
Filtering operation signals an error.
Filtering operation was aborted
Restart axis or reset warning by deactivating and acti‐
vating
If the warning appears again, contact the Bosch
Rexroth Service.
E2015, warning
E2015, B502B: position lag
exceeds warning level
Following error monitoring signals a
warning.
Check setting of the position controller.
If required, raise warning threshold of following error
monitoring via:
●
P‑0‑1311[144], if velocity-related
● S‑0‑0057, if model-based
E2015, B504F: oil tempera‐
ture exceeds warning level
Oil temperature monitoring signals
a warning.
Take measures to reduce temperature
Check machine cycle; the machine might be operated
outside its specification
Where appropriate, increase warning threshold via
P‑0‑1389[423]
E2015, B5052: system pres‐
sure exceeds upper warning
level
Accumulator overpressure monitor‐
ing signals a warning.
Take hydraulic remedial action
Where appropriate, raise alarm threshold via
P‑0‑1389[413] or extend debounce time
P‑0‑1389[409]
E2015, B5058: pressure
chamber A exceeds upper
warning level
Process pressure monitoring of
chamber A signals a warning.
Take hydraulic remedial action
