The connection threads at the motor are covered by protective
plugs in the factory. These protective plugs may only be removed
just before the coolant lines or the quick-action couplings are
screwed in in order to prevent dirt from getting into the cooling
system.
With regard to water cooling observe the information in the ope‐
rating instructions of the motor used, see chapter 1.2 "Required
and supplementary documentation" on page 5 .
5.4.3 Software interfaces
In the firmware and technology function of the drive controller process and
setting data are mapped in parameters. These data can be read and written
by the control and instrumentation level or, with dialog assistance, by means
of IndraWorks Ds via the optional field bus interface.
Controlling of the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis is based on the
various protocols of the IndraDrive master communication. Further informa‐
tion can be found in the PFC and IndraDrive firmware description. You can
find the required documents in chapter 1.2 "Required and supplementary
documentation" on page 5 .
Service interface In conjunction with the PC-based IndraWorks Ds service and commissioning
tool, these setting, process and diagnostic data can be read in and read out
and software updates can be made. The connection to the PC can be estab‐
lished using a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable.
5.4.4 Hydraulic interfaces
For diagnosis and measurement purposes and for filling, discharging and
bleeding, a separate Minimess® connection is provided at each chamber/line
run on the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis. The relevant interface is
shown in the hydraulic circuit diagram and marked at the corresponding place
on the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis.
Any work (e.g. mounting, maintenance) on the hydraulic interface
may exclusively be carried out by Bosch Rexroth or by authorized
and trained personnel of a specialized company that was author‐
ized by Bosch Rexroth, see chapter 2.4 "Qualification of person‐
nel" on page 10 .
