[Integral ABS] Filling control 

circuit

 Note:

Only check the brake system after bleeding of all 
brake circuits.

e

 Attention:

Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with 
painted parts of the motorcycle, because brake fluid 
destroys paint.

e

 

Attention:

Do not disconnect the connector from the ABS con-
trol unit.

Filling the front control circuit

e

 Attention:

When adding brake fluid, do not allow it to enter the 
holes for the reservoir lid screws.

•

Top up the reservoir to the 

MAX

 mark.

e

 Attention:

During the filling process, ensure that the return 
bore (arrow) is always covered with brake fluid as 
otherwise air is drawn into the brake system.
Bleed the control circuit again if this happens.

–

Connect the silicon hose with bleeding device to 
each of the 3 bleed screws in turn,
- front dosing cylinder
- front integral circuit
- front control circuit

•

Let the brake fluid run out and, at the same time, 
continuously top up with new brake fluid in the 
control-circuit reservoir.

•

Let brake fluid run off until it emerges clear and 
free of air bubbles.

•

Close the bleed screw.
