The rear entertainment is switched off and
cannot be switched on any longer from the
rear.
Select one of the three priorities in order to en‐
able the rear entertainment again.
Volume limit for headphones
For the headphones in the rear, a volume limit
can be switched on in the front.

Selecting entertainment
source for rear
iDrive at the front can be used for selecting an
entertainment source for the screens in the
rear. The selection can be changed using the
controls in the rear.
This selection is only possible if one of the
following priorities has been selected in the
rear enable, see page
78 :
▷ "Driver has priority"
▷ "Equal priority"
1. "Multimedia" or "Radio"
2. "Rear"
3. Select desired screen or both screens.
▷ "Rear left"
▷ "Rear right"
▷ "Rear left and right"
4. Select desired entertainment source.
It is only possible to select entertainment
sources that can be controlled from the
rear.

4. Select language for all screens.
Headphones/remote

Connect wireless headphones, see page 77 .

Sound
If the vehicle loudspeakers are selected for
sound output, the settings are made as in the
front.
If the headphones are selected for sound out‐
put, only trebles and basses can be adjusted.
The setting is made separately for the head‐
phones on the left and right.
