▷ "Previous days": shows the last 7 days.
▷ "Next days": shows the next 7 days.
Showing calendar month
On the Control Display:
1. Select date.
The current month is shown. Appoint‐
ments are entered on the highlighted cal‐
endar dates.
2. Turn Controller until the previous or next
month is shown.
Showing calendar day
On the Control Display:
1. Showing calendar month.
2. Select desired day.
The appointments of the selected day are
shown.

Select the desired appointment.
Additional functions
The following functions are available for the
appointment entry selected:
Symbol Function
Browse in the appointment.
"Online search"
Starting route guidance to the loca‐
tion of the appointment.
"Read out", see page 105 .
"Use contact data", see page 105 .
Tasks
Displaying task list
On the Control Display:
1. "Office"
2. "Tasks"
It can be selected whether the tasks are to be
transferred from a mobile telephone. The tasks
can also be transferred from both connected
mobile telephones.
1. Calling up "Options".
2. Select mobile telephone from which the
tasks are to be transferred.
Sorting task list
On the Control Display:
1. Select headers in the task list.
2. Select sort criterion:
▷ "Priority (!)"
▷ "Subject"
▷ "Due date"
Displaying task
Select the desired task.
Additional functions
The following functions are available when a
task is selected:
