6.  You will then need to decide on certain rights for the new user. They may be

selected by clicking the check box beside each item:

Supervisor Rights

When this box is checked, the user has full access to all ServLINK system
settings, including the ability to enable and disable security, add and delete
users, and change passwords. If this box is not checked, the user is considered
to be a “standard” user.

Force Password Change

This option forces the user to change their password the next time that they
log in. This box is normally only selected when a new user is added or a current
user forgets their password. In these cases, the Administrator assigns the user
a temporary password and they are forced to change it when they log in.

User Locked Out

When this box is checked, the user in question cannot log in to the ServLINK
system. It is checked automatically whenever a user exceeds a specified
number of Login attempts without entering a valid password.
