10.1.5 Checking and replacing the closer discs on the PreTeC mulch seeding coulter

INTERVAL

Every 100 operating hours

or

Every 3 months

1.

Determine the diameter of the closer discs.

2.

If the diameter of the closer discs is smaller than
180 mm,

replace the closer discs in pairs.

3.

Loosen and remove the bolts 

2

.

4.

Replace worn closer discs 

1

 with new closer

discs.

5.

Put on and tighten the bolts.
