12.3.5 Vario gearbox, check the oil level

Adhere to the inspection intervals,
see section "Maintenance schedule", page 191.

1. Position the implement on a horizontal sur-

face.

2. Check the oil level.

Fig. 246

The oil level must be visible in the oil sight glass
(Fig. 246/1).

There is no need to change the oil.

The oil filler neck (Fig. 246/2) is used to top up
the Vario gearbox.

Refer to the table for the grade of transmission
oil required, see section
