Coupling - Tractor and soil tillage implement

Combinations that do not have a star wheel are equipped with an analogue working position sensor.
The analogue working position sensor transmits the pulses to switch the electric motor for the seeding
shaft drive on and off.

Combinations with a star wheel do not have a working position sensor. The seeding shaft rotates
when the star wheel moves.

Couple the soil tillage implement and the tractor,
refer to the "Soil tillage implement" operating
manual.

Only for combinations without star wheel:

The top link of the soil tillage implement is
equipped with the analogue working position sen-
sor (Fig. 124/1), which transmits the pulses to
switch the electric motor for the metering roller
drive on and off.

A spring-loaded arm (Fig. 124/2) determines the
implement position according to the top link posi-
tion.

The working and transport position of the combi-
nation must be calibrated after each coupling of
tractor and implement, see section 10.5, page
179.
