I/O module NG

The AlphaVision NG I/O module has its own power- and back up power supply. Therefore the I/O module
does not use the RS-485 bus for its power supply.

Set the address of the NG I/O module to the first available free address. For the correct dipswitch settings
see appendix B “Expansion modules dipswitch settings”. The NG I/O module offers, similar to the input + 8
OC module and the wireless input module, 8 extra inputs. The NG I/O module also has 9 outputs, of which
two are relay outputs (30VDC/750mA), 6 open collector outputs (max. 100mA each), and one speaker
output.

In case of a power failure, a malfunction of the battery or when the casing is being tampered with, the
control panel notices this and reports this to the monitoring station. The LCD display of the keypad will
show which I/O module has a problem.
