Quick Input Source Setup page
Allows
for the quick changeover between Local physical
input channel sources and digital audio network
input channel sources for a range of inputs. This
helps when setting up consoles and switching
between single system operation and linked system
operation, for example sharing mic inputs using a
Port B digital mic split.
Individual channel sources can also be changed
using the Source Select part of their PREAMP
processing screens.
Input Channel Range Selection
sets the range of
inputs to have their sources changed.
Source Selection Local
sets the selected range
of inputs to get their sources from the local audio
physical inputs in the MixRack as defined by the
start and end socket definitions.
Note:
Sockets currently assigned as insert returns
are ignored and the associated channel sources are
left unassigned.
Source Selection Remote (PortB)
sets the
selected range of inputs to get their sources from
the port B option module network sources as
defined by the start and end channel definitions
entered.
Note:
The range entered cannot be larger than the
Input Channel Range. The Port B source selection
can be made even if no module is fitted to Port B.
