INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal. 

 

NOTE:

  Use  screws  with  the  correct  length 

(M6x12)  not  to  damage  the  tank  when  you 

press the shock absorber flap / protection. 

 

CRANKCASE PROTECTION 

REMOVAL 

Remove the screws (1). 

Remove the crankcase protection (2). 

 

 

 

NOTE

: If the PR4 EXTREME this protection is 

different,  as  shown  in  following  figure, 

although  the  clamping  points  are  the  same, 

the  difference  lies  only  in  the existing  rubber 

support  in  the  back  and  fit  within  the  cradle 

tube,  and  that  is,  to  disassemble  this 

protection has to pull forward to remove it. 

 

 

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal. 

Note  that  in  the  case of PR4  EXTREME first 

rubber  should  be  fitted  within  the  support 

cradle  and  thereafter  replacing  the  screws 

and tighten them.

NOTE: 

For  motorcycles  equipped  with 

catalytic  exhaust  pipe,  should  never  use 

leaded petrol to avoid damaging the catalyst.
