Chapter 4 – Lubrication

Service manual AJP PR3/PR4 4 - 7

Remove the two fixing screws the oil pump

with a star screwdriver (if necessary use a

impact wrench to loosen both screws).

Remove the oil pump.

Remove the O-rings of the slots in the engine

crankcase.

Unscrew the two M4x12 PH screws and

remove the cover of the rotors.

Wash and dry all parts before inspecting the

components of the oil pump.
