Chapter 4 – Lubrication

Service manual AJP PR3/PR4 4 - 11

Install the oil pump in the engine crankcase

and tighten the fixing screws.

Assemble the right crankcase cover by

tightening all screws with the specified torque.

Then should be placed the engine oil.

Tightening torques:

Fixing screws of the oil pump:

12N.m

(1,2Kgf.m)

Bolts of the right crankcase cover:

12N.m

(1,2Kgf.m)

Note:

Pay attention to the state of the gasket

of the right crankcase cover, if necessary

replace or apply silicone seal.

Pay attention to the tightness of all screws,

applying the specified torque.
