- If the sprayer is equipped with dual mixing (25 Figure 6/1) it should be turned on and the valve
should be turned on for the first mixing as well.
- If the "Ecomixer" must be rinsed as well, switch the valve to "Ecomixer" and rinse out the
Ecomixer and rinse nozzle with the valve.
- When everything has been flushed out long enough, turn off the drive, thus turning off the
pump.
The technical residual mix must be mixed and sprayed at least 10 times without damaging the
treated area.
Procedure:
- Set the valve to "spray".
- Switch the drive on (540 RPMs).
- Start travel.
- Turn on the section switch (10 Fig. 6/1).
- During travel, turn on the main spray power (9 Figure 6/1).
After finishing the application of diluted residual mix:

Turn off the main power switch (9 Figure 6/1) on the control panel.
- Turn off the drive, thus turning off the pump.
To drain the residual diluted amount, proceed as follows (when doing so, it is always necessary to
keep the remains of the mix in the tank for later application, store for the next application, or
dispose of in accordance with applicable regulations):
- Pressure and vacuum filters:
- Spin the filters and capture the mix into the tank.
- If the filters are fitted with drain valves, open the drain valve filter and capture the mix into
the tank.
- Sprayer booms:
- Extend and run.
- Tilt slightly.
- At the lowest-lying nozzle for each section, loosen the drip-catch and capture the liquid into
the tank.
Turn the drain screw (1 Fig. 11/1) from the piston diaphragm pump.
