13.1

Expanding the booms to working position

13.1.1

Expanding and folding

Attention!

Before extending the sprayer booms, check whether there is sufficient space and whether there
are any obstacles in the boom range!
Extra care should be taken when extending booms with folding ends (manual and hydraulic)!
When unfolding, the boom ends can reach above the height of 4 meters and come close to high
voltage wires!

Attention!

When equipped with "Hydro-N-Sensor"
Before folding the booms, make sure that the N-sensor located in the tractor cab is rotated in the
longitudinal direction. If it is positioned sideways, the folded booms may damage it.

Attention!

Regularly check the condition of the main cable and cables. If the cable fibers are damaged, the
cable must be replaced immediately. If the cables break, the booms can be damaged!

Attention!
The maximum permissible speed of the sprayer with extended booms is 12 km/h!
