This chapter contains important recommendations for the safe use of the machine.

Warranty and liability

Claims due to damage to persons or property will not be recognized if one or more of the
following causes is determined:

unauthorized method of machine use.

incorrect installation, first use, operation or maintenance of the machine.

using the machine with damaged safety devices, improper mounting, or nonfunctional security
and protective equipment.

failure to heed the recommendations in the instruction manual that relate to the first use,
operation, and maintenance of the machine.

owner-executed modifications to the machine.

insufficient inspection of worn parts.
