Mixing

The main tank is equipped with internal rinsing, pressure mixing, and stirring overflow.

7.6

Washing and cleaning

The clean water tank must have enough liquid so that the maximum possible amount of residual
spray can be diluted at least 10 times and apply without the risk of damage.
In addition, clean water is used for flushing and washing the sprayers.

Procedure:

From the main tank, the valve is opened in the direction of drain, the valve for clean water is
opened towards the spray pump, the spray pump is turned on, a pressure of 4-6 bars is created,
then the main valve and section valves on the control panel are switched on to purge the piping
and nozzles; when only clean water flows out of the nozzles, the main valve and section valves
can be switched off. Use the valves to gradually start rinsing the Ecomixer – canister rinsing
nozzles, hydraulic mixing, and rotary nozzles to rinse the main tank. Opening the drain valve
from the main tank drains all the flushing water. The sprayer may be equipped with a high-
pressure pistol which can be used to wash the sprayer from outside.

Attention!

This operation must be performed in a location so as to prevent environmental risk.
