19 Troubleshooting assistance
19.1 Possible spraying problems
Problem Possible cause/remedy
Sprayer doesn't spray

Clogged water supply from
main tank to pump.

May be a foreign object in the
suction; check the drain and
suction hose to the pump.
Clogged suction filter mesh.

Clean the suction filter.
Dirty pressure filters.

Clean the pressure filters.
No air in the control box.

Check that the air in the
tractor is functional.
The air reservoir holds a relief
valve set to 4.5 bars; if there is
less than 4.5 bars from the
tractor, the valve does not
release air to the control box.
Possible cracked air hose
between the air reservoir and
control box.
Regulation valve stays open.

Check the air between the
control box and regulation
valve.
Foreign object in the
regulation valve that prevents
it from closing.
Regulation valve pin is stuck
inside the valve.
Stuck piston in the reg. valve.
Spray substance in the air part
of the reg. valve – faulty seal,

Main valve stays open.

The valve must be set on the
symbol that you want to use,
in this case, "spray"
Check the computer display.

the spraying boom symbol
must light on the computer
display. The computer must
show the driving speed as well
as the liter load.
Check the manometer on the
control panel and manometer
working manometer on the
sprayer. If the air manometer on the
control panel and working
manometer shows no pressure,
