Using the tilting Ecomixer
The tilting Ecomixer has a lower light height and is suitable for pouring heavy canisters.
- Release the locking lever (5).
- Tilt the Ecomixer using the handle (2).
- Ecomixer operation is the same as with the fixed Ecomixer.
- Raise the Ecomixer using the handle (2).
- Secure the locking lever (5).
Attention!
Before travel, check that the Ecomixer is properly secured!
Ecomixer with Comfort Fill

9.3.2 Adding preparations through the Ecomixer
- Switch on the drive (maximum pump speed 540 RPM).
- Set the 5-way valve to injector (Ecomixer); the working manometer must create a minimum
pressure of 5-8 bars for the injector to create sufficient suction from the Ecomixer.
- Open the Ecomixer lid.
- Release the chemicals inside.
- Turning the valve to Ecomixer rinse permits the flow of water to the chemicals (open the
valve only enough so that water doesn't splash from the Ecomixer or create a spray).
- Open the valve to suction out the chemicals.
- Turn the valve to canister nozzle rinse to rinse the canister of the chemicals.
9.3.3 Adding powder preparations and urea
- Set the valve to injector (Ecomixer); the working manometer must create a minimum
pressure of 5-8 bars for the injector to create sufficient suction from the Ecomixer.
- Before adding the powder preparations, first open the valve for Ecomixer rinse.
- Gradually add the powder preparations to the Ecomixer.
- Open the Ecomixer valve for the powder preparations to be suctioned out.
- When the mixing in the powder preparations, ensure that the Ecomixer and mesh inside are
properly rinsed.
Attention!
If the sprayer is equipped with a rinse pistol for the Ecomixer, work carefully with the pistol to
ensure that no pesticides get over the edge of the Ecomixer.
Note:
Urea is dissolved under continuous pumping of liquid through the pump back to the tank. The
dissolution of urea results in a strong cooling of the spray mix, which slows the dissolution
process. The warmer the water used, the faster and better the urea dissolves.
