The query returns the current state of this setting.

CALCulate:STATistics:CCDF:X<1…3>? P0_01 | P0_1 | P1 | P10

Queries the level values for the probabilities 0.01%, 0.1%, 1% and 10%.

CALCulate:STATistics:NSAMples <100…1E9>

The command specifies the number of measurement points to be acquired for the statistical measurement
functions.

The minimum value supported by this mode is 1000.

The query returns the current value of this setting.
