The settling time (Ts) of the 6247G/6247C is defined by the current source value (Is), the current
sense resistance (Rs), the load voltage (VRL = Is
RL), and the settling time setting (Fast/Slow), as
shown below.
Set the measurement delay (Td) to Ts or over.
