The accuracy of the temperature sensor AD590 is not included. (Add the AD590 accuracy to the above.)

Maximum allowable input voltage: 4 V peak (terminal-terminal)

The measurement resolution with the integration time of 500

s or less is as follows:

The following full-scale errors (digits) are added in voltage measurement and current measurement with the
integration time of 10 ms or less.
