5.3.7 Measurement Data Memory
The measurement data memory can store up to 4000 data for each measurement types: ADC1, ADC2 and
ADC3 (in the DC mode, or in the sweep mode with reverse ON). When the memory runs out, memory
storing stops and the MFL bit of the status register is set to ON.
In the DC mode, the memory store function turns ON by selecting E) MEASURE from the categories in
the menu and setting 2) Memory Store to ON .
The measurement memory contents are automatically cleared when 2) Memory Store is switched from
OFF to ON .
In the sweep mode, the memory store function automatically turns ON and cannot be turned OFF.
In the sweep mode, the measurement memory contents are cleared by trigger input. Also, no measured val-
ues are stored in the memory if sweep is paused or stopped.
To clear the memory, execute 3) Memory Clear .
The following shows the procedure of reading the memory.
