8.4.2 Calibration Procedure

8.4.2.7

Reference Junction Temperature Calibration

The procedure of reference junction temperature calibration is described according to Figure 8-11 Calibra-
tion Procedure (7).

The ADC3 measurement function should be set to T thermocouple measurement.

1. Set the calibration mode to Operate.

2. Select the command depending on either Tc1 or Tc2 function.

Tc1 function:

XRJ1

Tc2 function:

XRJ2

3. Enter the DMM data input mode by XDAT.

4. Set the data (



C) of 0



C standard calibration bath by XD data.

5. Read out and check the measurement data.

6. Move to the next step by XNXT.

7. Set calibration mode to Standby by SBY.
